By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or using any Proxyxin service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company. References to "you" mean both the individual and the entity, where applicable.
Proxyxin provides residential proxy IP rental on a subscription basis. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice (30 days for material changes affecting paid plans).
You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction). You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
One person or entity per account. Sharing credentials with third parties not authorized as sub-users (Enterprise add-on) is a Terms violation.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including authentication credentials, API tokens, and any traffic routed through your IPs.
Subscriptions are charged in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly with 10% off, or annual with 20% off). Payment methods include:
Auto-renewal is enabled by default using your account credit balance, if available. You may disable auto-renewal in /me/billing at any time.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing paid cycles are honored at their original price.
Credit-only refund policy. Unused portions of paid cycles convert to your account credit balance (1:1 USD) when you cancel or downgrade. Credit:
We do not offer cash refunds. This policy is standard for crypto-paid services and prevents abuse. If you believe we materially breached our obligations to you, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the event.
Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Briefly, the Service may NOT be used for:
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.
By you: Cancel any time via dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current cycle; unused portion converts to credit per Section 5.
By us: We may terminate immediately for AUP violation, fraud, chargeback, payment failure beyond grace period, or legal compulsion. We may terminate with 30 days notice for any other reason; you receive credit-refund of unused portion.
Upon termination, your IPs return to our shared pool and your credentials are revoked. Your account data is preserved for 30 days (in case of reactivation), then anonymized.
The Service, including software, dashboards, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by Proxyxin. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your account's purposes.
The IP addresses we lease to you are sourced from upstream providers. We hold no ownership in the underlying IPs; you are granted access for the duration of your subscription only.
Your traffic content is yours. We do not log URL paths, request bodies, headers, or response content (see Privacy Policy for what we do log).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of (a) USD 100, or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: actions of upstream proxy providers, target sites blocking your traffic, content delivered through your IPs by third parties, or indirect/consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Vietnam / Singapore / etc. — TBD at incorporation]. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then if unresolved, through binding arbitration in the chosen jurisdiction.
You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms with notice. Material changes (price increases, AUP additions, dispute terms) require 30 days notice via email and dashboard banner. Non-material clarifications take effect immediately. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
